Full Color DTF Transfer Instructions
-
Pre-Press the Garment
Pre-press for 2–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This helps create a smooth surface for proper adhesion. -
Press the Transfer
-
Set heat press to 320–325°F
-
Press for 10–15 seconds
-
Use MAX / heavy pressure (commercial heat press required — home irons and Cricut Easy Press machines will NOT work)
-
-
Let Cool Slightly
Allow the transfer to cool for 10 seconds before peeling. -
Check Adhesion Before Peeling
Before removing the carrier sheet, make sure all four sides are fully adhered to the garment.
If any edges are lifting, repress for 5–7 more seconds with firm pressure. -
Peel While Hot/Warm
Peel smoothly in one consistent motion.
Important Notes
-
Heavy, even pressure is required for successful application.
-
Uneven heat or insufficient pressure can result in lifting or a ruined print.
-
We recommend using a laser thermometer to ensure your heat plate temperature is accurate and evenly distributed.
